Hello and welcome to our site. Thank you for taking some time to get to know a little about us. We know that you are making the single, most significant choice that will ever be made for your baby and we admire your courage and strength. We respect that you are making this decision based on love.
Our promise to you, if you do decide to place your baby with us, he or she will be loved unconditionally. Forever.
Mike and I will provide love, support, stability and every opportunity for a great life. He or she will go to great schools, and will travel all over with us. He or she will go to baseball games, and have home-made cookies. He or she will be surrounded by a fantastic group of family and friends, who are already planning all the ways to spoil the baby! He or she will have an older brother who is so eager to be a sibling, four warm and loving grandparents and one spunky great-grandma. He or she will also have lots of uncles, aunts and cousins to play with.
Until this year, I was a nursery school teacher. Now, I'm at home, waiting for the baby we hope to adopt. I can't wait to be a stay-at-home mom! Mike is a child psychologist. He has this amazing ability to make everyone feel safe and secure. Mike's son, Louis, is 12. He lives with us part-time. We like to joke that we will have two "only" children, who have a sibling. Because of the age difference, each will have plenty of attention and no competition, but will always have a buddy and loyal friend. Louis can't wait to be a big brother, and he'll be amazing!
Most of all, we love each other and we're best friends. We are so fortunate to be at a time and place in our lives, with a stable family, financial security and a healthy relationship. The only thing missing is a precious baby to share our lives.
